2 Week Outdoor Plank Challenge

All outdoor fun places to do your plank!

​This is one of my favorite challenges we have done so far! 

I don't know if it's because it was outside or because of the literations for each day. 

For this challenge there was a different location for an outdoor plank each day for 2 weeks.

This is definitely one we will be repeating.

Beginner Plank Series

Great to start your summer

​This is a great plank challenge for beginners! 

This calendar doesn't have dates so it can be used anytime or during any month.  

It never expires! 

It also isn't summer specific it is just the season it was released.  It is a great challenge to start off the summer though :)

6 Week Summer Step Challenge

Get in some extra activity this Summer

​6 Weeks to get your steps up to lead to a more active summer!

This challenge can be done anytime because the calendar isn't for specific dates-which makes if very versatile. 

Those who participated shared new and different ways to get in steps and we also talked walking tips.
