When it comes to fitness it is easy to get overwhelmed in the expanse of terms, diets, the right way vs the wrong way, but don't worry!

We have had the same questions and have been standing just where you are now. 

We have tools, resources, and plans that fit your level starting at a modified beginner level because we know not all beginners are the same. 

Before we get into some of the first steps to take to jump start your fitness take a look at some definitions we have written out for you. We want you to know exactly what you are starting and understand where you are going.

This journal was created by MomFit for members of Tribe Omega and is now available for all!

We have looked for an affordable way to keep track of our goals and decided we would create one with all the aspects important for fitness, goals, and happiness.

This journal was created because we want our community to succeed. We know as moms we have a ton to keep track of and this planner is built to help us stay organized.

First step you are going to take is goal setting. You need to know where you are going before you start moving. You have to recognize which direction is forward, sideways, and what will take you backwards. 

We can help you personalize your goals with our One on One Instruction or you can create your own goal outline with our Fitness and Goals Planner.

Once you are finished setting your goals and mapping out where you want to be then we can work on getting you to your final destination.  We have links below to lead you to different areas of the website that will assist in the beginning stages of your journey.  Coming soon we will have different packages for different fitness levels and levels of interaction with us although you can always become a FREE member of our website.

Becoming a free member of our website you get access to messaging with us so we can answer questions you may have. You also will have access to many informative blog posts, newsletters, MomFit Forum, and videos in our virtual studio to help you get started. 

 

There are no silly or dumb questions, it is important to make sure you ask any questions to make sure you are safe during your fitness journey. This is a great use for the forum and the MomFit Tribe where there is a community of people also on fitness journeys asking/answering questions too.
