Summer is not to far away and this 30 day arm workout is going to teach you how to work those muscles!
Sexy arms are a MUST come summer. With tank tops and bikinis our arms are showing full season.
This challenge is not dated and can be run for any 30 days or repeated multiple times in a row if you love it ♥️.

Water Challenge

A challenge to help get you back on track. This is a 3 week challenge-just long enough to give you a good habit to carry on.
We did this challenge with a step challenge this summer to get in movement and stay hydrated.
It really helped those who did it increase their water intake thus loosing weight and feeling more clear and focused.
Spring Into a New You

This challenge is a step challenge designed to prepare you for summer. Summertime brings a lot of movement. Instead of waiting for those summer months to get a head start lets do it now!

A great Yoga challenge for beginners!
We created this challenge to help you get to know your poses better and feel more comfortable doing them.
Over the course of a month we will focus on 1 pose a week; perfecting it and making it our own-so we can feel confident when performing these poses.

This Is Why

This challenge was a little different then most of our other challenges. For this the challenge was to remind yourself why you are living a MomFit life or why you want to be healthy - more of a motivational challenge.
I really enjoyed looking back at the things over the year I was able to accomplish living a more fit life.
2 Week Outdoor Plank Challenge

This is one of my favorite challenges we have done so far!
I don't know if it's because it was outside or because of the literations for each day.
For this challenge there was a different location for an outdoor plank each day for 2 weeks.
This is definitely one we will be repeating.
6 Week Summer Step Challenge

This challenge can be done anytime because the calendar isn't for specific dates-which makes if very versatile.

1 Minute Plank For 1 Month

This was our first challenge.
For 1 month we planked everyday for 1 minute and changed the plank each week to improve our planks.
This was challenging at first but I saw big progress by the end.
This challenge does no expire and you can challenge yourself to 1 minute planks for 1 month anytime!
