New Challenge


Hey MomFitsters!

We wanted to reach out to all of you and give you the heads up first that we will have a new challenge starting next week!!

Exciting...yes!

All new challenges are exciting because it gives a new start date and a refreshing starting place for our goals.

 

The new challenge is a 5 week Spring into a New You Step Challenge!


Getting in a good amount of steps is a great way to start living a healthier lifestyle. It gets your blood flowing, your body moving, and gets us outside a bit.

Spring is around the corner and is a perfect time to get out of this hibernation stage of sitting inside on our butts!

I am ready to see some sun and breathe in the fresh air.


Why is This a Challenge?

This is a challenge because at this point most of us are not ready to walk 10000 steps.

I know I am not!


But I also know I want to be ready to walk those 10000 steps come summer.

I want an active summer where I feel good and feel confident in the activities I am doing.


This challenge is fun because you have to come up with creative ways to get your steps, especially as a mom.


I love that part of step challenges!

Of course, us here at MomFit will be posting on our social media ideas on how to get in your steps and what we are doing to meet our goals.

Why Participate?

Not only is getting steps a great way to get your fitness jump started but we will be giving away a prize to one lucky winner!

Who doesn't love prizes?!

We are giving away a pack of motivational socks to make those feet feel good while walking and to keep you stepping all summer long!

I love these socks so much I want to win! HAHAHA

How to Win

Simple rules to follow if you want to qualify

1) Do the step challenge

2) Check in with MomFit so we know you participated. We are moms and understand daily check ins are not easy and often forgotten. So at the end of each week you can send a screen shot of your steps from that week and tag us @momfitlife on Facebook or @momfit_life on Instagram. (sharing in our private challenge group is also accepted)

3) Use the hashtag #momfitsteps and #momfityear

4) Comment on this post that you will be stepping with MomFit

We encourage you to share with other MomFitsters what you are doing to get your steps. All ideas are welcome and usually needed!

SO....Prepare those feet MomFit community- we are going to have some stepping time!
