Arm Muscle Madness

We are so excited to announce our March Arm Muscle Madness challenge!

This is our first arm muscle challenge but don't worry it is not our last!

With summer around the corner we want to give you guys the opportunity to work those arms to perfection. Arms are such a critical part of the season. We have tank tops, halter tops, tube tops, super short sleeve t-shirts, and of course bikinis! Everyday we will be showing off our arms so let us be proud of them this year.

 


This challenge is a 30 day challenge. We did not number/date this challenge so you can use it at any time or repeat it again and again until summer.

It is also a no equipment challenge!

We understand that sometimes dumbbells can be intimidating. If you don't know how to move your arms to work your muscles and you pick up dumbbells you could injure yourself.

This challenge is perfect for learning more about your arms to start adding weight in the future.

 

HOW TO JOIN

We will be running this challenge starting March 1st which is a Friday. If you want to join us during this challenge follow us on instagram to see our daily sets and share yours with us using the #momfitarms hashtag.

Take a photo of your arms on day one so you can compare it to the photo you will take when you complete the 30 day challenge.

Look for our summer bound arms at the end of the 30 days @momfit_life on both instagrams and facebook. Also, subscribe to our website hear to see all of our challenges and to stay updated with MomFit with monthly newsletters, subscriber only emails on new releases, and biweekly blog posts.
