Plankmas - Of Course It's Planks 😊


Happy December Tribe!

Yes we are 3 days into December when I am writing this--yes I am late to the welcoming of the new month 😔. Although I may be late to the blog I have updated IG and FB on this months challenge and now I am here to update you!


December is the month for 25 Days of Plankmas!

It is a countdown featuring MomFits favorite move PLANKS!

I mean did you expect anything different 🤣? There are so many great reasons to plank (we talk about some of them here) so why not make our favorite move Christmas themed 😜.

This challenge is easy to catch up on or start late. If you start late you planks will just go until the end of December instead of stopping at Christmas.

December does not have to be a time to binge and indulge. It is a great time to keep up on your current goals so come Janurary you are not writing that you want to loose those 10 Christmas pounds. To help you maintain your summer figure we have created a quick workout that abides by busy Christmas schedules. Do this challenge and feel better eating that extra cookie or slice of pie because you are working everyday to maintain.

I am going to share with you the first weeks videos so you can get started now!

I will also be going live every day to plank so feel free to jump in on that if you want some company while you plank.
