25 Days Of Plankmas


``Let us jump right in without hesitation!

This week gets difficult quickly. I like the challenge and when I am done I am thinking, 'how did I have a difficult time with that? It was only 10 seconds.'

Every level and circumstance is different 🤷‍♀️ When I am low on sleep my planks suffer. When I am energized I can get through them twice. If it is too easy do it twice!

Even if it seems hard don't stop! It will be over before you know it 😊
