This week gets difficult quickly. I like the challenge and when I am done I am thinking, 'how did I have a difficult time with that? It was only 10 seconds.'
Every level and circumstance is different đ¤ˇââď¸ When I am low on sleep my planks suffer. When I am energized I can get through them twice. If it is too easy do it twice!
