I know it's kinda cheesy and predictable but you can't deny that it is fitting for February 🤣
This month I chose Supine Heart Opener Pose to give us a chance to breathe.
Right after the holidays we all jumped into new fitness routines and goals and instead of stopping completely from exhaustion we are going to slow down.
I know I have been go go go since December and I am ready for a nice meditation.
A great pose to end your practice is this Supine Heart Opener. Taking the pose at the end of your practice allows you to wind down and meditate without your workout looming at least.

This is a restorative pose. Taken to relax and reset your heart as well as allow your muscles a reprieve from their normal activity. A time for rest and reflection.
