Spring is among us -in the calendar at least.
Weather here in Ohio has been cold! As if Ohio completely missed the Spring memo. While we wait for warmer weather we can focus on what we are putting inside our bodies.
I think we are often concerned with working out and making the outside of our bodies look good and ideal. But we need to think about what is going on inside the body as well.
You can look great on the outside and be unhealthy inside. You can workout a ton but if your diet is not healthy you won't see the change you are looking for.
Diet is 80% of your weight loss.
That is more than half, that is a majority of your health, all in your food.
Getting on track is not simple. Our bodies and mind both love habit and breaking one over night takes a lot of will power and motivation. It is ok to start making change slowly so the change lasts. Which brings us to our April Challenge!
For the first time we are doing a food challenge!
We didn't mess with diet last year because people get mad when you take away their sugar--but you all have been with us for awhile now and we think it is time to bump it up a little.
Keep to the challenge for AT LEAST 21 days to start a healthy lifestyle change and create new habits.
