It is time for bootcamp babes!


Bootcamp is a great way to kick your ass into shape and what better time to do that then when you are motivated by New Years resolutions.

Bootcamps are high intensity sweat fests meant to get you in shape fast. They test your endurance, strength, and will power. At the end of the 6 Week Boot Camp you will feel like you can take on the world because you completed the full program.


I have always been drawn to bootcamps because they are fast paced and keep me entertained with the constant movement. I also like that everyday I complete a workout I feel successful because these workouts are no small feat.


Don't let this discourage you though. If this sounds too intense there are modifications to the 6 Week Bootcamp so anyone can join. You don't have to be in your best shape to do the program-it is supposed to get you in shape. And if you already feel fit then this is another challenge for you to take on!


I have been slow going in my workouts for months now. Taking time between moves and more days off then I should. Boot camp is just what I need to get my butt in gear for a great year.
