Easter Workout


Easter is this Sunday - Yes at the end of this week!

There is much to do to prepare so we created an Easter Day Workout for you to help lessen your load.


You may have seen this in our newsletter at the beginning of the month if not subscribe for monthly newsletters and emails on whats new!

This is a single day workout- but you can do it twice a week if you are looking for some booty gains. 🍑🍑🍑

We went with squats so you can get these in while hiding/finding Easter eggs with the kids or while waiting for your ham to cook. However you make it work just get it in!
